RND History
RNDigital was founded as Roger Nichols Digital, Inc. by Reinhold Probst in December 2005.
RNDigital is committed to provide the very best audio processing and analyzing plug-ins for digital audio workstations.
Initially the company was intended to be a partnership between Reinhold Probst, Roger Nichols and Dan O'Brien. Since Roger Nichols is a 7 Grammy award winning recording engineer and producer it was therefore deemed prudent to use the name Roger Nichols Digital.
However, Roger Nichols and Dan O'Brien never fulfilled their obligations in order to become partners and Roger Nichols Digital, Inc. therefore remains owned solely by Reinhold Probst.
To reflect these changes, the branding was changed to RNDigital during the summer of 2007 which stands for Research aNd Development of Digital Audio Processing Plug-ins.
From day one, RNDigital was wholly financed by Reinhold Probst. With an investment volume of over $ 1mio. RNDigital stands on a very solid financial footing securing the longevity and ability to continue development and support of our outstanding products.
