Order Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
Cancellation
You may cancel any order which has not yet been processed. Keep in mind, orders are processed within 24 hours, so there is a very small window for order cancellation. Non-receipt of the product download email is not an indication that an order has not been processed - orders are processed before the download notification email is sent. Contact Customer Service as soon as possible to increase the chance we will be able to cancel your order.
Returns/Refunds
We offer a full demonstration version and give you complete access to manuals and support information for each of our products, therefore, we do not accept returns and will not issue refunds (for any reason) on any software after purchase.
Educational License Requirements
After placing an order for educational software, purchasers must fax or email to RNDigital verification of your current educational status. Listed below are acceptable pieces of verification:
For Teachers, Faculty & Staff Members, please provide one of the following
a) a copy of a current picture School I.D. card; OR
b) a copy of a recent paycheck stub (all sensitive information may be blacked out) or some other official school document verifying your employment with the school , PLUS an alternative picture I.D. card (driver's license, etc. - all sensitive information may be blacked out).
For Students of Higher Education, please provide one of the following
a) a copy of a current picture School I.D. card; OR
b) a copy of a current enrollment form showing tuition as paid for current semester, plus an alternative picture I.D. card (driver's license, etc. - all sensitive information may be blacked out).
For Students of K-12 Institutions, please provide one of the following
a) copy of a current picture School I.D. card; OR
b) copy of a current report card, enrollment form, or some other official school document showing your name as a current student, PLUS a picture I.D. card for the student (state id card, driver's license, etc.) or, for minors, a picture school ID card of one the student's parents having the same last name of the student.
For Schools paying by Purchase Order, please mail or fax to us a valid School Purchase Order.
For K-12 Homeschools, please provide one or more of the following verifications
a) a copy of a letter from the local county or state's depatment of education or school board recognizing your homeschool; OR
b) copies of receipts for purchases of homeschool curriculumn packages in addition to verification of membership in any homeschool associations.
c) or, please call us at 727-230-1603 to discuss other forms of acceptable homeschool verification.
RNDigital CANNOT AUTHORIZE ANY PRODUCTS UNTIL THIS VERIFICATION IS RECEIVED.

Information you submit when completing an order through the Roger Nichols Digital store is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. This ensures that your information is not viewable by any outside parties.

We respect your privacy so our policy is simple: we don't share, trade, or sell your information to anyone - ever.

Purchase Transaction Data
Customers purchasing products through the Roger Nichols Digital web site are required to enter contact information (name, email address, postal address, telephone, etc.) and billing information (payment type, account number, etc.). This information is used to contact the customer, if necessary, and to process and verify each order. We also use the email address entered to send customers information on, and updates to, products they have purchased (see Mailing Lists below).
Mailing Lists
Addresses used to subscribe to RNDigital mailing lists are never distributed outside RNDigital.
RNDigital maintains several mailing lists. Our news related mailing list is used to inform subscribers of new products, special offers, and updates to the RNDigital web site. All customers are automatically subscribed to this mailing list. Anyone may subscribe or unsubscribe to the RNDigital news mailing list by using the form on our mailing list page or by following the instructions located at the bottom of each mailing.
In addition to our news mailing list, we maintain a News and Tips mailing list for each of our products. These mailing lists give customers ideas for using, and information about, the Roger Nichols Digital products they have purchased. We also use these lists to keep customers informed about product updates. Customers are automatically subscribed to the mailing list for the product(s) they have purchased. Instructions for un subscribing are located at the bottom of each mailing.
Web Browsing Activity
RNDigital does not collect information about
an individual's browsing patterns on this web site. In the future,
we may gather information, such as a visitor's browser type, to
help us improve the RNDigital web site.
Cookies
The only portion of the RNDigital web site that utilizes cookies is the RNDigital Store. When a user enters the RNDigital purchase area, we attempt to set a cookie to keep track of items selected for purchase. This cookie should expire when the browser is closed. Cookies do not need to be enabled to make a purchase via this web site. However, If cookies are disabled, any cart/basket contents are lost upon leaving the purchase area.
